It’s easy to return an item for an exchange or refund. Please assist us by indicating the reason for your return or exchange. When you repack your goods, kindly enclose your note with the reason (eg faulty, wrong size, size required). The goods must be insured, registered and returned to:

We'll exchange, refund or credit the value of the item. All shipping costs, packing costs and insurance are non-refundable. All effort should be made to return the goods in as good a condition as possible with all inclusions and labels intact.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from receipt of the goods provided you retain a valid receipt; the goods have been unused, are in re-saleable condition and the packaging included. We are unable to accept sale items. Quilts, pillows & mattress protectors cannot be returned for health reasons. Faulty items are regulated by ACCC guidelines and pertinent state laws.
